Delivery Costs
UK
Flat Fee – £5.50
NORTHERN IRELAND
Orders under £50 = £5.50
Orders £50 and Over = £15.00
REST OF WORLD
Deliveries to all other countries are a Flat Fee of £30.00 with a Maximum Spend of £500.00.
If you require a bulk order with a total value over £500.00, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
Delivery Timescales
Orders will be processed within 2 days of receiving payment and sent out using the chosen shipping method.
In the event of a product going out of stock during your order process we will refund the items which are missing.
For HW Natural Products there may be delays with some products due to delays with me receiving the raw ingredients.
Stripe Payments
HW Nail Systems uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions.
Refunds/Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. In the event you wish to return the products this will be at a cost to you and we take no responsibility for missing parcels on their return. Products must be in their original packaging and unopened to prevent cross contamination.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel the products have been used in any way.
Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund to be considered.
HW Natural Beauty products (whipped body butter/scrubs/bath salts/cuticle oils/massage & body oil) will not be included in this policy as they are handmade to order.
All sales of these are final.
Missing/Damaged goods
Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 48hrs of receiving. If your are returning damaged goods you must inform us so we can assign a reference number for you to put in your order. After an inspection we will decide if a refund is applicable.
Time off/holidays
HW Nail Systems is a small family run business there may be times where the online shop has no items on to prevent orders being processed. This will be likely if we are on a family holiday etc.
